Terms of Service
Last updated 5 August 2026
These are the terms for using conjoiner.ai — this website and its waitlist — which is operated by Aremesco LLC. Using the site means you accept them.
Conjoiner, the product, is in private development and is not available yet. Nobody can buy it, sign in to it, or store anything in it today. The sections below marked as such describe the rules it will run under; when it opens there will be a fuller agreement to accept at sign-up, and it will not contradict what is written here.

Age
You must be 18, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to use this site. We do not verify anyone’s age; this is a term, not a gate.
The waitlist
Giving us your email address puts it on a list of people to notify when Conjoiner opens. That is the whole of it. It is not an order, not a reservation, and not a promise that you will be given access, that access will be free, or that there will be a product at all. We may write to you once to say Conjoiner is open; we will not use the address for anything else. What we store and for how long is in the Privacy Policy.
Submit only your own address. Ask us at any time and we will remove it.
Using this site
Do not:
- submit an address that is not yours, or automate submissions;
- attack the site — probing, flooding, or trying to get at data or systems that are not yours;
- copy the site’s text, design or code and present it as your own. Everything here is ours except where it says otherwise, and the name Conjoiner is ours.
The waitlist form is rate-limited. Being throttled is not an error on your part and it clears on its own.
Conjoiner, when it opens
These are commitments, written before they can be quietly dropped.
- Your content is yours. Documents, chats and history you create in Conjoiner belong to you or to your organisation. We take the permission we need to run the service — store it, transmit it, show it to the people you share it with — and nothing wider.
- Your content never trains or fine-tunes a model, ours or anyone else’s. We do measure usage — counts, timings, failures — and never the words in your documents. The full statement is in the Privacy Policy.
- Deleted content leaves live systems immediately and our backups within 35 days. A document you delete goes to trash first and is destroyed when your organisation’s trash window runs out; the 35 days run from that destruction, not from the day you pressed delete. Records already copied into a monthly archive are the exception: they leave when your organisation’s archive is expunged, which an administrator of your organisation can do for the whole archive at once. There is no timer on that.
- You bring your own AI provider key, and what you spend with that provider is between you and them. We never route requests through a flat-rate consumer subscription, because their terms forbid it and because it would make your bill somebody else’s problem.
- Agents act under your authority, never above it. An agent working in your documents inherits your access and cannot widen it, and every action it takes is attributed and recorded.
If your organisation needs a data processing agreement, ask us and we will provide one.
Text messages
Conjoiner sends SMS for exactly one purpose: a one-time passcode used as a second factor when you sign in. There are no marketing or promotional texts.
- You opt in yourself, inside your own account, by adding a phone number on the Security page and confirming a code we text to it. No number is enrolled without that confirmation.
- Message frequency depends on how often you sign in: one message per sign-in that uses this factor, plus one at enrolment.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Reply STOP to stop all messages to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@conjoiner.ai.
- Removing the number on the Security page ends every message to it. You can use an authenticator app or a passkey instead and never give us a number.
- Messages are sent from the toll-free number +1 844 942 3521 and can be delivered to United States numbers only.
Your mobile number and your consent to receive these messages are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing purposes. The full description, including a sample message, is in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we make no warranties about it, express or implied, to the extent the law lets us disclaim them. The same goes for anything you infer about the product from what is written here: it is a description of intent, not a specification you can rely on.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Aremesco LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. This is a pre-launch page with a waitlist form; you are not paying us anything and there is nothing here to lose but an email address.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site goes to the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, and you and we each agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top is the date they last changed, and a material change will be reflected there before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, stop using the site and ask us to remove your address.
About this document
It was written in plain language by the people who built the thing it describes, and it says only what is true of this business. It is not legal advice. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel, and it will be before Conjoiner opens.
